Almost antique large Pima basket. This basket was purchased new on the Pima Reservation c1930 by a Missionary and put away in a trunk as he traveled on to a posting on the Navajo Reservation at Shonto, Arizona. This double line or "outline" star design is a nice dish shape. Just to be careful with description there are tiny bits or spots of red on the inside of the basket where a folded red/white/black Navajo blanket was in the storage trunk with the basket for however many years.
